Bottlebrush tree, Red bottlebrush
Callistemon citrinus (syn. C. lanceolatus)

Small tree that grows to 8 m in height. The leaves are narrow and measure up to 11 cm long, each with 3 nerves. The flowers are red and hang in cylindrical spikes up to 20 cm long. A native of Australia, it is commonly planted in parks and gardens in the Philippine
